I've just moved in here and I can tell you that the reviews are being a bit harsh. Obviously, no place is perfect, but the staff here does their best to make sure everyone is comfortable. It's impossible to control everything that goes on 24/7. This is by far the safest apartment complex in the area, especially for what the rent goes for here. The neighbors are very freindly and they even have monthly events so you can get to know who lives near you.

Just today, they hosted a Mother's Day brunch and I got to meet a dozen of my neighbors who all seemed super sweet.

There will always be one or two bad people that live in an apartment complex, but for the most part, the people here are awesome! I'm a single woman and I'm completely comfortable living here. I've never witnessed drugs being sold here or anything like that. The other people are exaggerating!!! And if you have roaches, shame on you, they don't come from a building, they come from dirty people, so you must have picked them up yourself!

Wait awhile, one month is not enough time to see the real deal. Yes the staff is nice and the people are nice but as a single person, you should watch your back and stay in at night, a lot of creeps hang out in the halls. Roaches, never seen any so that, I agree is false.

Yes give it time u will see. and we did have roaches and i am not a dirty person my apt is prolly one of the most cleanest in here. maybe not all the buildings were affected and they handled it very well i do give them that, they were gone within about 3 months and trust me is was not from me when it happend i discussed it with other people in my building who said yes they had them as well. I would not lie i have no hard feeling against the complex staff themselves, just posting what i have went through while residing here, i do believe thats what this site is for.
