I have lived in several apartment complexes and this is the worst I have been in. The office staff needs a class in customer service. They are extremely unhelpful and uninformed. The maintenance staff has taken care of any problems I have had, but it takes forever to get someone to your place. You have to use DirecTV as for both Cable and internet, but if your building is not facing the right direction you can not have high-speed internet and the apartment complex can charge you extra to have satelite in more than one room. Also any problems you have with the DirecTV system have to go through the complex and not DirecTV because the complex own it's own satelites and as stated before it takes a long time to get someone to fix anything. Overall the apartment itself is spacious and the washer and dryer in the apartment is nice, but don't let that fool you. Keep looking there are many other places to live that are much better.
