Unless you like to:

-- Hear your neighbor's music (thin walls, VERY poor insulation)
-- Get last minute threat notices of policy changes
-- Pay very high air-conditioning bills to get "down to" 78-80 degree sleeping nights
-- have an understaffed, underoverworked maintenance crew
-- Rude (and I mean VERY rude) office staff
-- Get forced to pay for covered parking(only if you want to have a place to park...uncovered parking is NOT sufficient for the # of tenants)
-- See forever-ongoing construction (not to mention that I've had 14 nails removed from my tires)
-- See unfulfilled promises (like the fitness center and club house that is still not open after 2 1/2 years of construction)
-- Wait for a week to get your satellite connection fixed because the complex owns it
-- Have frequent power outages
-- Not be able to get out of your carport AFTER its been plowed (remember that you pay extra')

If you can live with all that, then great...move on in (but ask about the shooting spree in 2004 that they didn't tell anyone about).

Not only the shooting spree, but the fact that many of the AC units in one building was shot up. Management decided not to appraise residents of the building of the situation. I had to find out from another resident. On top of that, they failed to notify residents of any plans to correct the problems.

yea what shooting spree? i have been here for 7 years and i never heard of a shooting spree. also could you tell me what building the spree was in?
