I am not surprise by all the complaints with Westlake and yes 90 percent are true: the manager, staff, damm bugs(silverfish) and they do look like roaches,thin walls that you can heard the people in the next building. Now they are removing all the trash bins and we have to walk to the front of the building with our garbage. they say its to save money that's a big laugh i think they are just cheap. the place looks nice but if you look at it CHEAP is what you see. what about the people with no cars and winter is coming I don't think so..... and they think they are having problems now, come next year they will find trash in the wooded area. managment needs to rethink this over again. Yes, they half do things and when they do take care of the problems, it takes days...... so if you don't care about anything this is the place to live. to all: Read these complaints they are REAL. before i forget the pond use to look nice, but now that the staff is so.... busy nothing is being taken care of Poor little ducks. I use to like looking out at the pond. they truly need to work on this. and the people with dogs pick up that ---- you can't find many places that allow pets. Yes, the manager (Pat)needs to take a few course in managment and people skills.

i had the same problem with th maintenece, i wait for a month to have my AC fix and when the maintenece finnaly came he said that is nothing rong with my AC. :(
