I've been looking thru these and the review from every apartment complex in belleville and they all have the same complaints. Maybe it's just that when you jam 100's of people into small spaces it gets noisy and different people have different standards of living. If you want peace and quiet buy a house in the country because no matter where you live in apartments you will hear your neighbors.
