I have been living in westlake for a year and a half now. It's a pretty nice place except management seems lazy. We complained a month ago about a leak in our bathroom ceiling that is causeing the ceiling to mold and collapse, no action was taken. We also complained about our neighbor who allows their dog to poop on the balcony, management seemed upset and claimed they would do something about it, but no action was taken, so when we go out side to enjoy our balcony we have to watch our neighbors dog relieve itself right next to us, then smell it for the rest of the evening. So if you like moldy bathrooms and the smell of dog doo-doo, this is your place.
