Just being honest I think your problem is more than just an apartment. I think you have proven that you have problems with not only certain races, but also with people that different than you. I don't think Pat was your problem but your own thoughts about people in general. I have found that no place is perfect and you did the right thing by moving out.

I have been here at Westlake for more than a year, Sure when I needed work done the Maintenance staff was there promptly and repaired my problem right. When I have found the need to work with the leasing staff, they are always curious and knowledgeable. I have interacted with Pat, the Manager and although we didn't agree, I think she is a very fair person, she has company policies to follow.

If the policies did not suit you, trust me you made the right decision, you moved.
