I have lived in Westlake for six long years. In those six yrs I have experienced the following issues:

car windows have been broken out twice (other cars in parking lot also involved)

several yrs, 2am, ago a drunken resident was on his balcony with an AK-47. He was aiming at air conditioners and one bullet went thru a neighbors car door, crossed the parking lot and caused $2,000 worth of damage to my car.

in 06 - Several residents including myself complained about a neighbor that was harassing others. It was apparent this person had a drinking/drug problem and would come knocking on our doors (eventually had the police knocking at my door) claiming we would pound on his walls. One neighbor was moved to get away from this man. Management knew of this problem all along and took their time getting him out of there.

June 07 - four apartments got broken into at 3pm during the week one of them was mine. They stole cash and computer items from the apartments. Maintence promised us all new outside doors, 4 months later and no new doors.

In conclusion I can't wait until my lease expires at the end of this month!!!!!
