I have lived at Westlake for two years and have never had any problems. My car has never been damaged, the maintenance staff has always done what I needed in a reasonable amount of time, my wife and I feel safe coming home at night, the landscape and lakes are well maintained and the apartment is newer than anything else around here. Also, there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. Gas is included so your winter bill is around $25. This is not luxury living but it is the best place you are going to find in Belleville. If you want a nicer place, move north of here and pay more. I am moving north because my wife got a job in Oakland County...otherwise I would be staying. Take these reviews with a grain of salt...people get upset about something and write terrible things about the complex. You should come see this place if you are moving to the area.
