Nice and cheap! - I dont understand the heating in the units, its very hard to keep a constant temp in the winter. Also, the AC is in a weird location, my GF is 5'4 and cant reach it. ok if u have to live there its ok if you have to live in this area. didnt like how the ceiling above would creak really loudly because of the temp fluctuation in winter and also you could hear the person above walking which would also cause the snap heard in the ceiling .
