The on-site manager was extremely nice; the apartment complex was poorly kept, and there were numerous problems with the conditions.

Condoms were left on the sidewalk near the parking lot between the buildings and while the noise level was fairly loud the residents were of a higher caliber then had been first told to me. I believe this may have had to do with the manager at the time, the off-site owner/manager is neither nice or capable of managing a business.

I would not recommend living her but I do feel that the manager if she were to work somewhere else would be able to manage a better complex but she indeed has to work with what she has and that is nothing.
