I've been a tenant here for 3yrs! When I first moved here, it wasn't that great, but I can honestly say it has improved atleast 90% in 3yrs. This is a very safe and secured complex and the mgr. is a real tenitive person, always makes time for us--the maint. man is also a real friendly person and will do any maintenance requested of him--if he is unable to, he'll hire outside help to get it done. The bldgs. may be older, but they are clean & warm & safe. I would highly recommend this complex for any student.
