The apartments are great for the money. Much less expensive than other places around campus. The buildings are a little bit older but have been kept in great shape by the owner and manager. The maintenance person responded quickly to the only problem I faced. The apartment I lived in had all new paint and the interior was CLEAN!! Also it was really nice to have a ton of parking right out front. It is also nice to be able to walk in a front door without having to take an elevator or stairs....overall it was a great place to live. I would recommend it to any FSU student who doesn't want to pay steep prices for a nice apartment
