This place may not be as new or upgraded as some places in BR, but for the price and not having to worry about what or when utilities are due (they were included when I lived there) it is worth it. Randy is friendly, there is a lot of space, and it is much easier getting things fixed here than in a house closer to campus owned by you-know-who (you actually have a chance to get your deposit back). It is not a bad walk for classes in the business building or hockey games. If you are picky (ie closet door off the track, neighbor with a dog, etc) you may not like it. Also, you can hear the neighbors sometimes and with the ice it is hard to get out of the driveway onto State Street.
