OK for Big Rapids

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Sometimes extremely noisy. Very undergraduate-aged atmosphere and mentality. Extremely poor insulation...therefore high heating costs. Service and maintainance were great. Location just off main road. Easy commute to Ferris campus.
