This is the first place, and only place i lived in Big Rapids, so i can't really compare it to anything. I lived in the newest G-Unit, and we have quite a few good parties. The bills weren't bad but i think that there were a few things that could have been better. Sometimes it did get a little loud and rowdy. Alice can be mean if you are stupid. for a brand new apartment it wasn't built very well, the carpet in all the new apartments was ripping up in two spots in the hallway, the bathroom upstairs leaked into the light above the sink, and my roomates window was put in backwards. other than that this place seems alright.
