I absolutely hated these apartments. I know most people living here are going to be partying college students, but if you care about studying at all, don't move here. There are loud parties all the time, the people are obnoxious, and the apartment walls are as thin as paper. You can hear everything that goes on outside and downstairs from the upstairs bedrooms. There are always drunk kids yelling, selling drugs and looking for fights. The one lady in the office was always mean, you really have to stay on her good side. If you like to party ALL THE TIME and don't care about sleeping or studying then these are the apartments for you.
