You definatly better like a lot of noise if you live here. There are parties EVERY night and people screaming and doing totally stupid thing all the time. We had to call the cops a few times just to get the people uptairs to quiet down. You can here everything. There are so many parties all the time that the renters that actually live there have no where to park. I can remember walking many night from the back of my parking lot if not another one! And everything seemed to always be broken. Our shower leaked all year and they wouldn't fix it. And electric heat is so EXPENSIVE. Not ideal for college kids! PLUS.....it took over a year to get our security deposit back from these people. They always try to give their renters the run around. There are many false hopes put into your mind while you're signing the lease. Oh and the pool.....not that nice and definatly not worth living here!!! If you like the sight of garbage piled all over the place and townies liveing next door..then move right on in!!
