Lack of organization and control over monetary issues. Very poor at keeping apartments in good working order. My roommate got his bike stolen there. Area is harassed by police all the time. Basketball courts are covered in broken glass most of the time and the backboard needs to be replaced. Ceiling fan in the bathroom sounds like an airplane engine. Air seeps through the door like a siv and with electric heating it can be very expensive. I do not recomend this place to live for even a college student.
