This place is under new management since the 2006 lease year and things have been going a lot smoother. The manager is a wonderful lady who does an awesome job trying to keep everything going well for you. They fix things as fast as they can and really work hard to get you what you need. For example we bought a house and couldn't move in until September 1st, so they extended our lease and pro-rated the days we stayed there for us. The pool is well kept and they hire security gaurds during the move-in and move-out weeks to make sure it doesn't get to rowdy around there. Overall it is an awesome place to live for college kids and couples just starting out in life.
