Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
These apartments were built in the sixties and it shows. They have electric heat which will cost you around $180 a month in electric and they don't even keep the place at a reasonable temp. The rent is outrageous. How can you go from $595 per month to $710 per month just because some new jackass owners take over' For the same rent money, you could live in a new place with forced air. Also, this new management sucks. Oh yeah, free laundry facilities include washing machines that don't spin and leak water and dryers that never seem to get your clothes dry. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!!
