The apartments are fairly well kept and the electrical appliances here are in good working condition. There isnt very much space in them however. You can virtually hear the conversation or sexual activity of your neighbors above, which wasnt the most pleasing. The grounds are something else. Obviously, this is a college town but I was unaware that loud music, squeeling tires, and viewing drug deals were all part of the rent. Speaking on behalf of the normal residents, there are a lot of white trash and thugs that live here. Still with all of this, security was not that bad of a problem. I would recommend this place, but I wouldnt recommend Big Rapids.
