The townhouses are very, very nice inside and out. Parking is good and we've never had a problem with any appliances or anything. I liked that you pay per semester- but it ended up being about $450 a month and that doesn't count electric and gas bills. So when you throw that in there, my roommates and I averaged about $500 a month- each. So they're making a lot of money off these, but they are really nice. If your parents are paying for you or you just have lots of money, I'd recommend them- They have a bathroom upstairs, downstairs, and a 1/2 in the middle. Great for parties because then random people don't need to go in "YOUR" bathroom! Can't ever really hear the "neighbors" besides when they play loud music or blaring TV- it's not too bad, you can usually fall asleep to it.
