Very spacious. Everything in working order. Grounds are always kept, very clean. Staff was pretty good. Maintenance couldnt be better, Roger is a top dog. I encourage anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Big Rapids to check this complex out. Security Guards werent very good at job however. They videotaped, took pictures of naked chicks at parties, and drank and smoked reefer at the parties too. Not very professional.
