when i origionally signed up to live here tina the office manager was very nice. then when i moved in she had some girl looking over my shoulder watching my every move. she told me that all of the flaws in my apt. where no big deal. i wrote them down anyway and i wont get charged like everyone esle that listened to her. they charged my rommate 5 dollars for a battery that hadn't been changed in our fire alarms. the furnace keeps getting fixed and then two days later breaks down again. Roger the repair man tried to make me buy a new thermostat. I told him where to put it. the doors leak and the the one window is still broke from when we moved in. these people are slum lords they can't manage apartments and i highly recommend that you go to creeks edge if your gonna live in big rapids. The security was ok at first then as time went on they hired new guards and then they started to interupt us whenever possible. they were blocking off the roads and they wouldn't let us come in or leave. that is b.s. We pay over $1000.00 per month just to live in this hole and they have the nerve to tell us what hours people can and can't come over. if i get charged for the screen that someone broke out of my window trying to break in to my apt. then im going to take her to court. When i go to her office to pay my rent then she's nice but if there is a problem then she snaps at me and she blows me off like im not there or like im interupting her meeting with her big mac. She has very poor representation of herself and if her position was to be terminated then i would seriously think about living here again. I hope that my letter will stop someone from making the mistake that i made when i moved in here.
