Okay apts, HORRIBLE staff

Although the apartments aren't anything special, they are a okay place to live - well they would be if it wasn't for the current office manager. Besides not knowing anything about managing the apartments, the manager is very hard to get a hold of, escpicially if you need something fixed or have a problem. For example: there were quite few apartments who had problems with people trying to break into their apartment, and now we find out that we will be charged $35 dollars for the broken screen. I want to know how one single screen can cost $35, and why we have to pay for it. I guess what it sums up to is that the apartments aren't bad, but the management is, so you decide. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
