During this past year I lived at the Rapids and I am not the happiest person there! I was under the impression that they were real nice apratments and stuff like that, but to my suprise they were not! The Office staff was so rude to me everytime I went in there like I was bugging them and in the way. I thought that she was there to help not turn people away. Well that is when she was even here cause she is a druggie that was always in outer space. The apartments were so cold, the heating was set up wromg and well the living rooms never get warm but the upstairs is too cold. The windows needed to have better seals cause they dont do jack! I was just really upset with the apartments over all...so if you are even thinking about them dont! Change your mind they are bad! Thanks for your time!
