You would have better luck living in a cardboard box than this dump. It is a nice location, yes, and the apartments are decent...however, management is worthless. I live approx. 400 miles away from school, I tried contacting the office 3 work days prior to moving in with no luck...Tina explained that she didn't answer the phones because she was "having a bad day." WTF! Also, we got robbed over Christmas break. Our back window was broken into and apartment was looted...guess who got to pay for the damages'' That's right. Apparently you are responsible for any damage incurred to your apartment regardless if you have control over it or not. This happened in January. Our window wasn't replaced for three days, good thing it wasn't the middle of winter and freezing! We had to duct tape a blanket across the window to keep the snow drifts out. Let's hope there's never a fire, the tenants would probably have to pay the costs to repair the building. I couldn't recommend these apartments to anyone but members of al-queda.
