If you move into either the rapids or rivertown, you are binding yourself into a contract with a seriously moraly bankrupt individual. the management will undoubtedly try to decieve or swindle you in some way. If you do move in... KEEP GOOD RECORDS. the management abides by a code of conduct driven by greed and not ethics.
