The Rapids have really gone downhill. Alot of times our internet and cable did not work. We couldn't dry our hair for awhile because the fuse would always blow. I only had to complain a million times. Actually I brought a list of things that needed to be fixed that never got fixed. They will charge you if they ever get around to fixing things, even if it's normal wear and tear. The charges are also very expensive. The maintenance guy is very nice though. The parking lots are never plowed and it was hard to get in and out. Keep track of your balance for the lease. I went in mid-semester to pay my remaining balance and then when I went to move out, it turned out I still owed a couple hundred dollars. I told them I wouldn't have the money right away. I was told to pay it when I could and a week later I was in collections. I called to talk to them about it and they wouldn't speak to me. Unless you want to be able to walk to class, don't live here.
