I think someone finally figured out how to run this complex! I have heard all sorts of horror stories about the Rapids, but I think the new manager, Linda, is fixing those problems.

I have noticed an improved look around the complex, the staff is much more friendly than they used to be, and they actually have answers to my questions when I ask.

The price is okay, and they're so close to campus that its no big deal to walk even in cold weather.

I will live at the Rapids again next year!
