It seems that this place only keeps business due to their convenient location. That is about all they have going for them. I could go on and on about the constant problems I have had with the staff and my apartment. Basically, they are not easy to work with, they are pushy, they don't realize they are dealing with poor college students and will basically take you for all you are worth. If you want convenience, then this place is great. Be prepared to deal with some regular baloney though! Also, they treat their new customers WAY better then they do their long time customers. Oh yes, one more thing, lock your front door. If you don't, you may get unexpected visits from maintenance. He is the runner for the front office, and will knock once then just walk right in to leave envelopes on your steps. Weirdos! Not only that, but it is amazing how many random charges and utilities they can surprise you with!
