My boyfriend has lived there for the past two years. The first year they gave him an awesome deal on their 4-bedroom townhouse, and then the next year they conned him into moving into an "unrenovated" one bedroom. I don't know what the "renovated" one-bedrooms are like his was a hell hole (to be generous.) The carpet in the living room was two inches too short so there were exposed tack strips. The walls in the shower were not waterproof drywall so they cracked and molded. When that repair order was submitted, and they eventually came out, they painted over the regular drywall with latex paint rather then fixing the problem. Also in the bathroom, the hot water pipe was too close to the cold water pipe and the water was hot in the toilet causing condensation on the outside and a constantly wet floor. Some of the other issues with the apartment included exposed wires beside the dishwasher, and a blown fuse that caused the fridge to not work for three days while he was out of town (we had venison in the freezer, it was beyond disgusting when we got back!!!!) As the other review mentioned, the noise is another problem. This year, some sorority/fraternity members moved in and they are throwing major parties in the parking lot all night. They have SEVERE bass in their music and are VERY noisy. The management does nothing about it, so at 4 am, I call the cops. They also state that there is a NO PET policy, but do nothing to enforce it. Since no one 'supposedly' had pets, no one cleans up after them. I would NEVER suggest these apartments to anyone, and I am only there three days a week!!!
