Aside from the apartments being OK at best, the management is a joke. The office staff is nice before you sign the lease, and then once you're in, they're incredibly rude and unhelpful. Things are constantly promised, but never followed through on. For example, they promised a big screen TV for all full apartments, and I have yet to hear of someone who actually received the big screen, and all apartments are full. Cable is jacked from somewhere in the Washington D.C. area, and the internet is so slow that if you have to do something important, you have to go to the library for more reliable internet. Any technical support comes from Toledo, OH. Tell me how that's effective' Maintenance staff is nice, but slow to fix things, and not always reliable. Overall, terrible apartments, especially for they price you pay!
