The aparments are crap. When I moved in they didnt repaint or even vacuum the place. There were dead bugs everywhere. There were BB gun pellets in the ceiling and the walls. There were nails in the walls that they didn't take out. We had no screens on our windows and when they finally put some in after 2 months they were a half inch too small. There was mold in the bathrooms and some of the AC vents didnt work. They refuse to fix anything unless you say your going to call corporate and there answer for everything is I dont know why or thats just how it is. THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN BIG RAPIDS. However, you might enjoy it if you like dirt, bugs, mold, broken cable, slow internet and ------ management :)
