Not the best, but not the worst in Big Rapids

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I moved here with my kids from Hillcrest Village Apartments, which is definitely the worst place ever to have kids. Ryan Creek seemed dreamy in comparison, but now it's not all that great. We had a sewage leak in January that I had to clean up myself. We had our air conditioner out of repair for all of summer. The manager seems to be unavailable before 10 am and after 4 pm. The worst about it is the people who live there. We keep to ourselves but when you drive through, there always seems to be someone yelling something profane at you.
