Ryan Creek is ok. The property is beautiful, but that only goes so far. They seem to have a high turnover rate when it comes to management, which isn't good. It seems like the new lady in the office (Tina) is trying to clean things up by terminiating the residency of unruly tenants. They have new income requirements which is a plus because most of the residents are working. The maintenance sucks though. In fact the guy plowing the snow hit one of my vehicles the other day. I really can't say anthing bad about living here because its not horrible, but then again its not all that great either. After all, you get what you pay for and the rent is very cheap!
