I've lived at Ryan Creek for a year and so far I can tell you that the manager is a witch with a capital b who tries her best to make you miserable. We get letters in the mail with appointments with her without any notice. Tina is NEVER in the office. and has little sympathy for people whose apartment is lived in. If your house isn't a museum you get written up. There is always someone that is blasting music and when you make a complaint NOTHING gets done. It takes an average of three months before anything gets repaired. All the windows are leaky and you are NOT allowed to weatherize them. They bill you for every little maintence problem you have. AND it only took 4 days to build every building so everything is really cheap and not well made. The carpet gets stained just by spilling water on it. Definately not the family housing they advertise.

First of all the manager is very busy cleaning up the "TRASH". As far as she is never in the office. well, she has been there whenever I have needed her and happy to help I may add, maybe you should check your attitude you know people only respond badly if they have been treated badly maybe saying please and thank you would help!
