My children and I have lived her for only a few months and I can say that in that time we have had our fair share of things that need repaired. Tina and the maintanints guy have been very fair and have fixed everything with no charge! So give her a brake she is doing a great job remember she is only one person. The only problem I do have however is that there is a no pet policy and some how juat about everyone seems to get a doctor to say they NEED one. It's not fair and you know that the notes are phoney because every Doctor I have talked to said they would never write a note to obtain a pet!!! I would recomend these apartments to anyone its a nice place to call home!
