this place seemed too good to be true at first. If you live on the first floor, you can hear people stomping up and down the stairs. The water bill is pro rated between all the tenants in the complex. (I think we ended up supplying water for the entire Universe because at the end, we barely got any security deposit back.) Plus, we never once had a warm shower! The outside looks crappy, but the inside wasnt that bad. Pretty disappointed. Moved to Alaska, condo is much nicer there..
