YOu are getting what you are paying for...if anything goes wrong Eric (mainance man) will be over to fix as soon as he can he only lives around the block so he is here quickly. He will never enter your apartment without giving you at least a 24 hour notice and permission to enter. Cable and internet are provided at no extra fee. Parking is often a hassle but you will always have a spot sometimes you may have a lil walk. They are very strict on noise...so if you want to study you can guarantee silence, if somone is throwin a party you can call Eric and he will handle it without the police.
