Mr. Whalen is a great and understanding guy he will work with you about anything, and Penny is one of the funniest and sweetest landlords i have ever met. If you need anything fixed you can call Penny and she will do it. The complex's are very cleanly and all of the neighbors are fun! This would be a great place to live and except nothing less than Grade A apartments. Better than the Rapids any day!!!
