The management team of Mr. Whalen and Penny work very well with you. They are very understanding and get things done. These apartments were left unkept prior to Penny coming on board and she has really changed things around. I see her almost every day and Mr. Whalen does make a huge effort to visit on a regular basis even though he lives so far away. I always know if there is a problem it will be taken care of. Mr. Whale doesn't deal with students who are irresponsible and disrespectful so you know you're living by good people. Overall, I think that this is a great place to live!
