Creeks Edge Apartments - Creeks Edge Apartments are the best apartments at Ferris State University. Staff / Maintenance I lived in Oakwood for 4 years. The staff was marginal, maintenance was usually prompt and helpful. The management was incredibly poor with explaining charges for "damages" and the charges were usually outrageous and would not be up for dispute.

Probably one of the worst apartment in BR besides Chapman Housing Place got broken into and the owner/manager didn't find it fit to tell me. Way to expensive for the crap you have to deal with. For example; never any hot water, smells like poop all the time, always some shady people
