New and better management I currently live at Appleridge Apartments. The new management is better than it has ever been. The new manager and front desk person (Becky and Lori) are very helpful and they don't change personalities after the lease is signed. They are always available (big plus)

Good Place The complex is older but reasonably priced and the staff and maintenance are very attentive. Any issue I've incurred they are quick to respond to. Pretty low key place, which is nice. $450 for one person ($2,675 per semester, free summer, doesn't include electric)

they are so slow at fixing things and will never call an actual professional to come do the job cause they are cheap. They are good con artists so make sure you read the lease and dont belive anything
