This place has ruined my decent credit and respect for Birmingham. The property manager Quinn (the nice one) had said when I moved in it would be ok to have a small pet although they advertise otherwise because there were several tenants that already had them AND it was quite apparent they did. Well when Miss hoity toity Rhonda took over, we were given a choice that it was either the dog (whom was litter trained) or us! I knew we would have problems the second I saw the uptight B*$@H up at her desk filing her precious finger-nails as she would say to our face that she understood what Quinn had said with the verbal agreement but then the second we turned around there was an eviction notice on our door!! All because of an innocent little puppy who is ten times SMARTER that that wench will ever be did we have to leave and then she has the nerve to send me to collections because I wouldn't pay the remaining 6 MONTHS of my lease for an apartment I NO LONGER LIVE IN and got KICKED OUT OF!!! LAST BUT NOT LEAST, how they found the dog was still there after our first conversation, they entered the premises WITHOUT our permission claiming there was an emergency. We asked all of our neighbors did they have a flood, fire or something. NOBODY did. I felt so violated and did not trust them not to mention had I been standing there as they entered I would have freaked out and phoned the police thinking it was a break in! I don't know any of thier several maintenance people I would have been scared. The remainder of my stay was spent staring at the door thinking someone might just walk right in! Talk about scary. There is no parking in the parking lot and half the time no parking in the street as the restaurant down the street does not offer any parking to its guests, they will take the spots out in front of your very own $1025 PER MONTH apt. and leave you to park blocks down. Not to mention I've seen several cars get hit or backed into as these people get back into thier car after hours of wining and dining at this fancy shmancy restaurant and never look back! Hit and run my friends, funny how they can afford a fancy meal but would never go out of thier way to fix your car after denting it! (nor pay for valet) DO NOT RENT FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

I agree!!!!!I think the maitenance people walk into my apartment for no reason at all too! I have started leaving things in front of my door so I can tell if they have walked in. We have even purchased cameras from a spy shop! Living here is that creepy! Props to you for getting out. I cannot wait to leave this ---- hole!!!
