I am extreamly disappointed in my living situtaion. I have been living here for alomost 3 years and come last month I had a pipe break in my apartment. I called to have it fixed and 3 contractors were set out along with Eton squares maitnace. That following Sunday my place was robbed. Birmingham police went to question Eton Square and was told that they could not fill out the survay the police provided them with. The detective informed me that Eton Square would not cooperate with police. I tried to get out of my lease but was told I had to pay if off in full. If you saw my door you would know that somoene broke in. I am exteamly scared to live here and extreamly disturbed with Eton Square. They did not change the main enterance locks, not send out a letter to inform other residents. Yet if you leave cig buds around they will leave a note on everyone door. I feel they have endangered all reidents by not informing them of the break in. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is unsafe because you cannot trust the maitence, and they are extreamly rude people. Rent may be cheap, but it draws in people creepy people. I cannot wait to get out of my lease and move to a decent neighborhood. I can offically say, I am too good for Eton Square!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I had to learn the hard way why so many units are vacant!!!

unsafe? creepy people? this area has one of the lowest crime rates in metro detroit. unfort all apartments have some property crime. I do agree that the maint is slow for this property.
