Family This is a great place for a family. The two bathroom is very spacious. The location is great. The Staff is wonderful and helpful. Small pets are allowed. Birmingham Schools is wonderful. The grounds are well maintained and my kids love the pool. Maintenance has always responded.

Next! Higher do not recommend living here Ha, I read these reviews and laugh because the negative ones could not be more true! Birmingham is a great area to live in, but don't waste your time renting from Eton Square. You will only be disappointed.

A great place to call home! I lived in an apartment at Maple Road Townes and I absolutely loved it! It was in a great location, great price, great neighbors and Karen the manager was great! I had to call maintenence 1 time and that was only to assist me with connecting my washer/dryer

Not bad We moved in due to the special they ran of a 2BD for a 1BD price. The only problem was that the rent when up quite a bit when the year was over and then even more as a month to month penalty. Otherwise, it was clean and well-maintained
