Not worth the money

I have lived here for over three years and the quality of this complex has gone steadily downhill. It's located in nice, convenient area, but that's about the only perk. My first issue is with the air conditioning in the summer: it doesn't work. I will have it running literally all day long and it will remain, on average, at about 82 degrees. On the hottest days, it gets up to (and above) 90 degrees inside. You don't want to see my electric bill in the summer!
Second, the quality of residents has gone really down. Currently, I have neighbors that I can hear all the time. I made four complaints in three weeks, and it did not improve. Management obviously does not take the necessary steps in order to keep their "good" residents happy. The complex went from housing young, respectful professionals to a freshman dorm-like atmosphere.
In summary, I have five months left on my lease and I am currently looking for a new place to live and will break my lease without a second thought. It is not worth the pricey rent to live in this place; if I wanted to live in a dorm, I would go back to college.
