I have lived here for over two years now. I agree with the first person?s review (on 2/28/2003) that the quality of the residents and the service from the onsite management WAS steadily declining.

When my lease was up a few months ago, i had already looked around and found a new place to live because i was fed up with the noise of the residents and inaction of the management. I decided to stay because i saw a dramatic improvement in the complex with the new onsite management.

About 6 months ago, the entire onsite staff was replaced by a new management team. Since the change in management, they have been cleaning this place us by evicting people who have been causing others grief in the buildings, they are making the grounds more attractive, and as the second reviewer stated, they will be adding an intercom system to each building by this summer.

The people in the office are very friendly, and always willing to listen to any ideas that you have about how they can improve your quality of life as a resident. If there?s something you?d like to see change, chances are they are already looking into it! :)
