Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
I have lived at Bloomfield Place since 1998, and if I were not purchasing a home, I would stay there.
In a nutshell, it's a little loud with the doors slamming constantly with the foot traffic coming in and out, but it's an apartment, what would you expect' The grounds were always nice, but the new landscaping just put in, as well as the intercom system create a safe, beautiful, and well-lighted atmosphere.
The rent has ALWAYS been cheap and if you renew early and make payments on time, they give you reductions occasionally. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND living here. It's a great location and a great home.
